隔蒜灸联合西药治疗结节型颈部淋巴结结核疗效观察

目的观察隔蒜灸联合西药治疗颈部结节型淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法将96例颈部结节型淋巴结结核患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组均予标准化抗结核治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用隔蒜灸。观察两组临床疗效,并比较不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.8%,优于对照组的79.2%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为20.8%,对照组为52.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论隔蒜灸联合药物治疗颈部结节型淋巴结结核较单纯抗结核药疗效确切。

Observations on the Efficacy of Garlic Moxibustion plus Western Medicine for Cervical Lymph Node Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of garlic moxibustion plus Western medicine for cervical lymph node tuberculosis.Method Ninety-six patients with cervical lymph node tuberculosis were randomized to observation and control groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received standardized antituberculosis therapy and the observation group,garlic moxibustion in addition.The clinical therapeutic effects were observed in the two groups.The incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 93.8%in the observation group,which was higher than 79.2%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.8%in the observation group and 52.1%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Garlic moxibustion plus Western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on cervical lymph node tuberculosis in comparison with antitubercular agents alone.
