黄芩饮片质量控制方法研究

摘    要:目的以产地炮制加工工艺制备的黄芩饮片为研究对象,对其质量标准的提高进行研究。方法采用HPLC法建立黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素和千层纸素A的测定方法,对10批样品的含量进行测定,并进一步测定水分、总灰分和浸出物的含量。结果所建立的含量测定方法简单、准确、重现性好,不同批次的样品在水分、浸出物和灰分含量方面略有差异。结论建立了较为完善的黄芩饮片质量标准,较《中华人民共和国药典(2015年版)》标准有了较大提高,可以有效地用于控制黄芩饮片的质量。

Abstract:  Objective:To study the improvement in quality standard of Scutellariae Radix slices using the drug prepared from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the production place as the study subject. MethodsThe content of baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin and oroxylin A was determined in 10 batches of samples using a method established with HPLC, and the content of moisture, total ash and extracts was also determined.  Results:The method for content determination was simple, accurate and reproducible, and there were slight differences in the content of moisture, total ash and extracts among different batches of samples.  Conclusion:A relatively perfect quality standard has been established for baicalus scutellariae slices, which is considerably improved compared to the standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the 2015 edition, and can be used to effectively control the quality of the slices.
