198例老年人急性上消化道出血的病因探讨

目的 通过临床住院病例分析，以期发现老年人上消化道出血的常见原因。方法 通过内镜、上消化道钡餐及病理组织学确诊，收集诊断明确的2002年6月～2005年6月同期在该院住院的患者，年龄≤59岁的为中青年组，≥60岁的为老年组。结果 老年人上消化道出血以胃溃疡和肿瘤病因为主；中青年人以十二指肠球部溃疡和食管静脉破裂出血常见。结论 临床遇到老年人发生急性上消化道出血应多考虑胃溃疡和肿瘤的可能。

Analysis of causes of 198 aged patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To find the common causes of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(AUBG) in the aged patients from analyzing these clinical data of inpatients. Methods All the patients were selected from our department in hospital cases from June 2002 to June 2005, which comfirmed the bleeding sites by endoscopy, barium meal and histological detecting. The group of the youth and middle aged was less than 59 years old. The group of the aged was more than 60 years old. Rsults The causes of AUBG in group of the aged were common in stomach ulcer and tumor. The bleeding causes of duodenal ulcer and variceal break were common in group of the youth and middle age cases. Conclusion When we meet the aged patients with AUBG, we should first think the possible causes of stomach ulcer and tumor.
