硫普罗宁对烧伤患者肝功能异常的治疗作用

摘    要:目的 观察硫普罗宁治疗烧伤患者肝功能异常的临床效果.方法 选择烧伤并发肝功能异常的患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均使用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)1]治疗,每组20例.治疗组:静脉滴注硫普罗宁400mg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液中,1次/d,连续14 d;对照组仅做常规治疗.于治疗前及治疗后7 d、15 d抽取两组患者静脉血,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)以及前白蛋白(PA)水平,进行对比分析.结果 治疗组用药前ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、PA分别为(168±46)u/L、(104±29)u/L、(62±37)u/L、(149±17)u/L及(310±35)mg/L;治疗后15 d,各项指标变化明显(P<0.05),分别为(51±9)u/L、(31±3)u/L、(56±10)u/L、(103±9)u/L及(372±44)mg/L.对照组治疗前后检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 硫普罗宁降酶作用迅速,对烧伤引起的肝功能异常有明显的治疗作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of tiopronin on liver dysfunction of burn patients. Methods A total of 40 burn patients complicated with liver dysfunction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups both received MEBT/MEBO technique for treatment, 20 cases in each group. Treatment group: Administer 400 mg of tiopronin in 10% glucose solution through intravenous drip, once a day for 14 consecutive days; control group: routine treatment only. Before treatment and 7 and 15 days after treatment, patients' venous blood was taken, and level of serum alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST), glutamyl aminopeptidase (GGT) , alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and prealbumin (PA) was compared and analyzed. Results In the treatment group before treatment, the level of ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, PA was (168 ± 46) u/L, (104 ± 29) u/L, (62 ± 37) u/L, (149 ±17) u / L and (310 ± 35) rag/L respectively; after treatment for 15 days, all the indexes changed significantly (P 〈 0.05), being respectively (51±9) u/L, (31± 3) u/L, (56 ± 10) u/L, (103 ± 9) u/Land (372 ± 44) mg / L. Results in control group before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Tiopronin has a fast effect in decreasing enzyme level and thus has a notable therapeutic effect on liver dysfunction caused by burn injuries.
