摘    要:目的 探讨中西医结合治疗合并组织缺损的手掌贯通伤的方法和疗效.方法 对22例(61处)伴有影响手指血运的血管损伤给予修复,外用湿润烧伤换药治疗,待创面稳定后Ⅰ期取带血管足背双叶皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损,取趾长伸肌腱修复肌腱缺损,取髂骨植骨修复骨缺损.结果 湿润烧伤膏治疗7 d~10 d,创面清洁,坏死组织完全脱落,接受手术...

Abstract:Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of MEBO in the treatment of palm penetrating wounds with tissue defect. Methods Twenty - two patients with palm penetrating wounds were treated with vascular recon-structive operation for finger's devascularization, and then MEBO was applied locally until the wounds became stable. At last, free bilobed foot dorsal skin flap with blood vessels, the tendon of extensor digitorum, and bone ilium were implanted respectively to repair the skin, tendon and bone defect of stage Ⅰ. Results About 7 - 10 days after MEBO treatment, the necrotic tissues fell off and the wounds were clean. All the patients received surgical treatment. The wound healed at stage Ⅰ, and were followed up for an average of 30 months (8 - 56 months) . The outline, sense and movement function of palms restored well. Conclusion MEBO is able to control the inflammation of wound effectively and shorten the course of treatment. Microsurgical technique can repair the defect of the two - side skin, bone, tendon and nerve at one shot with satisfactory restoration of outline, sense and movement function of palms.
