| 摘 要： | 目的:观察EB病毒(EBV)潜伏膜蛋白1(LMP1)抗体在鼻咽癌(NPC)患者血清中的水平,探讨LMP1抗体检测在NPC血清学诊断、预后判断及肿瘤靶向免疫治疗中的临床意义.方法:采用ELISA及Western blot方法,以LMP1融合蛋白检测61例NPC患者(NPC组)、30例鼻咽炎患者(鼻咽炎组)和55例正常人(对照组)血清中LMP1抗体水平.分析LMP1抗体水平与NPC临床病理特征的关系.结果:ELISA方法证实,NPC组LMP1抗体水平明显高于鼻咽炎组及对照组,鼻咽炎组LMP1抗体水平明显高于对照组,组间均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).NPC组LMP1抗体水平在NPC不同病理分级及有无淋巴结转移中均差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).Western blot方法表明,NPC组LMP1抗体的表达均较鼻咽炎组及对照组高.结论:NPC组EBV LMP1抗体水平显著高于鼻咽炎组及对照组,LMP1融合蛋白可考虑作为肿瘤抗原标志物辅助NPC血清学诊断及肿瘤靶向免疫治疗. |
