摘    要:目的 探讨99Tcm-MDP SPECT骨显像在深低温保存自体颅骨回植后存活与再生诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 应用-80℃深低温保存自体颅骨骨瓣修复颅骨缺损16例.颅骨修补术时间(即自体颅骨骨瓣的保存时间)为63-289 d,平均111.7 d.术后近期(2周)、中期(3个月)和远期(12个月)行99Tcm-MDP SPECT静态颅骨断层显像检查回植颅骨.结果 颅骨回植术后2周SPECT 骨显像显示回植颅骨有部分放射性摄取,低于健侧颅骨;术后3个月和12个月回植颅骨放射性摄取,与健侧颅骨相同.结论 99Tcm-MDP SPECT骨显像能近期检测移植深低温保存自体颅骨存活,中、远期能检测移植深低温保存自体颅骨再生.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinic value of 99Tcm - MDP SPECT in the diagnosis of survival and regeneration of super - hypothermally preserved autologous cranial bones for cranioplasty. Method All 16 cases of skull defect after decompressive craniectomy had been replanted with super - hypothermally ( - 80℃ ) preserved autologous cranial bones. The time of cranioplasty ( namely autologous cranial bone preservation time) was 63 -289 days( 111.7 days in average). 99Tcm - methylene diphosphonate( MDP) SPECT was used to detect replanted autologous cranial bone at the end of 2nd weeks, 3rd month and 12th month after cranioplasty. Results 99Tcm - MDP SPECT examination showed that the radionuclide uptake in grafts at the end of the 2nd weeks was sparse after cranioplasty, which was less than the contralateral normal side. The radionuclide uptake in grafts at the end of the 3rd month and 12th month after cranioplasty were the same as that of the contralateral normal side. Conclusions 99Tcm - MDP SPECT could detect survival of transplanted super - hypothermally preserved autologous cranial bones for cranioplasty and regeneration in medium and long term after cranioplasty.
