Annexin—A1在胃食管交界处腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究Annexin-A1在胃食管交界处不同组织中的表达，探讨其与胃食管交界处腺癌发生、发展的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测Annexin-A1在20例胃食管交界处正常黏膜组织、20例胃食管交界处上皮内瘤变组织、66例胃食管交界处腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果胃食管交界处腺癌中Annexin-A1蛋白的阳性表达率（71．2％）明显高于上皮内瘤变组织（55．0％）及正常黏膜组织（25．0％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Annexin-A1的表达与胃食管交界处腺癌临床病理分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度密切相关（P〈0．05），但与胃食管交界处腺癌患者的性别、年龄、及远处转移无显著关系（P〉O．05）。结论Annexin-A1的异常表达可能在胃食管交界处腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Annexin-A1 in the esophagogastric junction adenocarcinomas

Objective To investigate the expression of Annexin-A1 in different types of esophagogastric junction tis- sues,as well as its clinical significance in esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry S- P method was used to detect the expression of Annexin A1 protein in esophagogastric junction tissues,including 20 nor- mal controls,20 intraepithelial neoplasia,66 adenocarcinomas. Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the positive expression of Annexin A1 protein in esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma tissues （71.2 %）was significantly higher than those in intraepithelial neoplasia （55.0%） and normal controls（25.0%）, significant difference（P〈0.05） were found between the three groups;The up-regulation of Annexin A1 expression was positively correlated with advanced clinicopathological stage, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and infiltrating depth （P〈0.05）, but not cor- related with sex,age and distant metastasis in adenoearcinoma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Annexin A1 may play an important role in the occurrence, progression,invasion and lymph node metastasis of esophagogastric junc- tion adenocarcinoma.
