床边纤维支气管镜在危重病急救中的应用

目的评价床边纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)在危重病急救中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析床边纤支镜检查及治疗的163例患者的临床资料。结果纤支镜引导经鼻气管插管、换管及引导胃插管成功率高、效果好。对气道压力明显异常、血氧饱和度下降、呼吸困难、咯血、肺不张、严重肺部感染等能查找出原因,给予调整气管导管,清除呼吸道分泌物,局部止血及用抗生素并予射频消融、球囊扩张等治疗,疗效显著。结论床边纤支镜检查及治疗在及时救治重症病人中具有极高的实用价值。

Application of bedside bronchofibroscope in rescuing critically ill patients
