32例老年人慢性硬膜下血肿改进钻孔引流术治疗体会

目的：探讨老年人慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术式。方法：分析32例经改良术式行钻孔引流术的老年人慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料。结果：32例均行钻孔引流手术，治愈29例，好转3例，术后发生并发症少，其中并发颅内积气2例，无继发颅内血肿及血肿复发。结论：老年人慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流改进术式术后并发症少，有一定的优越性，可提高该病的疗效。

The Experience of Treating 32 Cases of Old Patients with Chronic Subdural Hematoma by Using the Modified Drill-hole Drainage Surgery

Objective:To discuss the modified drill-hole drainage surgery used in the old patients of chronic subdural hematoma. Method: Analyze the clinical data of 32 cases of old patients who were suffered from chronic subdural hematoma and undergone the modified drill-hole drainage surgery. Result: The 32 patients were all undergone the modified drill-hole drainage surgery, with the outcome of 29 cases fully recovered and 3 cases greatly improved. There was little complication after operations in these cases. Only 2 cases had pneumocephalus post-operatively. There was no case of secondary encephalic hematoma or recurrent hematoma. Conclusion: There was little post-operative complication in old patients ,who suffered from chronic subdural hematoma and were performed the modified drill-hole drainage surgery. This kind of surgery has a certain advantages and can improve the therapy outcome.
