| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超联合X线引导下双通道微创经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石的可行性与效果。方法:回顾性分析30例B超联合X线引导下双通道微创经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效及并发症。结果:本组30例均在B超联合X线引导下准确建立理想的双工作通道。本组结石一期清除率为77%(22/30),结石总清除率为93.3%。平均手术时间110min,术中平均出血量100ml,平均住院天数14.5d。结论:采用B超联合X线引导下双通道微创经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石是安全有效的。
