慢性心衰虚实辨证与血液流变性的关系

选择慢性心衰患者６９例，按本虚证分为单纯气虚组、气阴两虚组与阳气虚弱组；按标实证分为血瘀组与非血瘀组、水饮组与非水饮组，以分析心衰虚、实证与血液流变性的关系。

RELATION BETWEN DIFICIENCY AND EXCESS OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE AND BLOOD RHEOLOGY

Elected 69 patients of chronic heart failure were divided into origin difi-ciency syndrome which were divided into groups of qi weakndss only,both qi and yin dificien-cy and yang weakness,and superfitiality excess syndrome which were divided into groups ofblood stasis,blood non-stasis,excessive body fluid and non-excdssive body fluid to analysethe relation between weakness and excess syndromes and blood rheology. The results showedthat there exists the remarkable unusual theology,especially in the groups of blood stasis andboth qi and yin dificiency,in which campared the former with the blood non-stasis group,thelater with the yang weakness group there also exists changes in varying degree. The changeof rheology in heart failure relects the pathologic process trom qi weakness to qi weaknesswith blood stasis,which has some value to differentiation of yin and yang dificiency.
