人工关节置换术患者围手术期心理需要分析及护理对策

目的：了解人工关节置换术患者围手术期的心理需要,提出相应护理对策。方法：对65例人工关节置换术患者采用问卷调查。结果：人工关节置换围手术期患者有不同的心理需要,不同文化程度的患者心理需求不同。结论：人工关节置换围手术期患者的心理需求较高,护理人员应尽力满足患者的心理需求,给予针对性的人性化护理,提高患者的生存质量。

Analysis of mental need and nursing countermeasure of artificial joint replacement patients in perioperative period

Objective： To evaluate the mental need of patients undergo artificial joint replacement in the perioperation period and provide corresponding nursing due to the mental need.Methods： 65 patients who underwent joint replacement were selected in the study, and a self-made Questionnaire of mental need was sent to them during operation pefion. The patients respectively complected the questionnaire instructed by the researcher. Results： It showed that the mental need was different. And different education level group had different mental need （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Nurse should pay more attention on the patients＇ mental need and provide corresponding nursing procedure, improve the living quality of patients.
