| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素24(Interleukin 24,IL-24)对鼻咽癌CNE-2Z细胞株(简称CNE-2Z细胞)增殖的影响,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法取CNE-2Z细胞进行培养,用细胞计数及MTT抑制试验,检测IL-24对CNE-2Z细胞增殖的抑制作用,找出IL-24作用的峰浓度及最佳细胞增殖状况。采用碘化丙锭染色,流式细胞仪分析和细胞核形态两种方法同时检测体外培养的CNE-2Z细胞的凋亡状况。结果细胞计数及MTT法检测显示体外培养的CNE-2Z细胞在培养48 h增殖状况最差,并且存在峰浓度效应。IL-24 50 ng/ml可诱导CNE-2Z细胞的凋亡。结论IL-24可呈时间和剂量依赖性的抑制CNE-2Z细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of interleukin-24（IL-24）on the proliferation and apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） cell strain CNE-2Z.METHODS Cell-counting,MTTinhibitory test were used to examine the effect of IL-24 on the proliferation of NPC cell strain CNE-2Z.Apoptosis of CNE-2Z was assayed by propidium iodine staining and flow cytometric analysis.RESULTS The proliferation of NPC cell strain CNE-2Z was the worst at 48 hours cultured in vitro and there was a peak-concentration effect.Apoptosis of CNE-2Z was induced by IL-24（50 ng/ml）.CONCLUSION IL-24 can inhibit the proliferation of NPC cell strain CNE-2Z in a dose-and time-dependent manner,and it can induce NPC cell strain CNE-2Z apoptosis. |
