鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤疗效观察

目的探讨鼻内镜联合柯陆手术和鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路两种手术方式治疗复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤疗效比较。方法选取2005年1月～2010年7月间在我科住院的复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头状瘤20例,分为2组:A组10例,行鼻内镜联合柯陆手术治疗;B组10例,行鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗。结果全部患者随访12～24个月,A组10例,治愈8例,复发2例;B组10例,治愈9例,复发1例,两种方式的治愈率和复发率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术治疗复发性上颌窦内翻性乳头瘤效果满意,可作为治疗该病的首选方式。

Endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach for treatment of recurrent inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of nasal endoscopic technique combined with CaldwellLuc approach and endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach for treatment of recurrent inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus.METHODS Twenty cases with recurrent inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus were treated in our department from Jan,2005 to July,2010.They were divided into two groups.There were 10 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with nasal endoscopic technique combined with CaldwellLuc approach,and patients in group B were treated with endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach.RESULTS All patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months.There were 8 patients cured and 2 patients recurred in group A,and 9 patients cured and one patient recurred in group B.There were no significant difference between the two groups in cure rate and recurrence rate（P 0.05）.CONCLUSION The endoscopic anterior lacrimal recess approach for treatment of recurrent inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus can get satisfied results and can be used as the first choice method.
