可溶性P-选择素和L-选择素在鼻息肉中的表达和意义

目的检测可溶性P-选择素和L-选择素在鼻息肉患者血清和组织匀浆中含量的变化,探讨其在鼻息肉发病机制中的作用及其与复发可能的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和放射免疫法分别检测56例各型鼻息肉组及22例健康对照组的血清及组织匀浆中P-选择素和L-选择素的含量变化,做出分析。结果①两种方法测得P-选择素在实验组与对照组中的含量比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉组、复发鼻息肉组与鼻窦炎鼻息肉组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),伴有变应性鼻炎鼻息肉组、复发鼻息肉组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两种方法测得L-选择素在实验组与对照组中的含量比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组实验组组间两两比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高表达的P-选择素和L-选择素可能通过参与嗜酸细胞等炎症细胞的浸润、活化、增殖,从而在鼻息肉的形成过程中起重要作用。P-选择素表达量的多少可能与鼻息肉的复发有关。

Expression and significance of soluble P-selectin, L-selectin in nasal polyps

OBJECTIVE To detect the change of soluble P-selectin,L-selectin in serum and tissue homogenate of patients with nasal polyps,to investigate the pathogenesis and significance of P-selectin,L-selectin in nasal polyps.METHODS Changes of P-selectin,L-selectin in serum and tissue homogenate of 56 patients with nasal polyps and 22 cases of healthy control group were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbentassay and radio immunoassay.RESULTS ①The content of P-selectin have statistical significance（P0.05）between the experimental group and the control group;the content of P-selectin have statistical significance（P0.05）among three nasal polyp group;the content of p-selectin has no statistical significance（P0.05）in allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps group and nasal polyps recurrence group.②The content of L-selectin have statistical significance（P0.05）between the experimental group and the control group;the content of L-selectin showed no statistical significance（P0.05）among three nasal polyp group.CONCLUSION The high expression of P-selectin,L-selectin may participate in infiltration,activation,proliferation of eosinophilic and other infammatory cells which may play an important role in the formation of nasal polys.The expression of P-selectin may be related to recurrence of nasal polyps.
