人皮肤内神经—肥大细胞联接在经络线上的发现——Ⅰ.传出性神经—肥大细胞联接

在人皮肤内阳明经络线上发现了神经—肥大细胞联接。目前尚不能确定此联接一定只出现在经络线上而不出现在经络线之外。联接特化地建立在轴突终末和肥大细胞之间,而不是轴突在其行程中与肥大细胞单纯地紧密相接。参加联接的轴突终未有薛旺细胞相伴与包被,终末内有囊泡、线粒体、神经丝、复合小泡等。肥大细胞表面皱褶可参与联接的形成。这种联接可能与轴突反射时感觉神经纤维的传出性分枝有联系,建议暂称为传出性神经-肥大细胞联接。与肥大细胞形成联接的轴突终未似属C类纤维。

DISCOVERY OF THE NEURO-MASTOCYTIC JUNCTION ON THE MERIDIAN LINE IN HUMAN SKIN. Ⅰ. EFFERENT NEUROMASTOCYTIC JUNCTION

Neuro-mastocytic junction was discovered in human skin on the Foot Yangming meridian line. It can not, however, be decided now that such junctions are located only on the meridian line but not elsewhere. One type of the junctions was found in association with the presumed efferent limb of a branching sensory nerve fiber which, during axon reflex, transmits impulses antidromically. Thus it is proposed to call this type of junction "the efferent neuro-mastocytic junction". The junction was established between axon terminal and mast cell with specialized structures which was different from a simple contact between a passing axon and a mast cell. The bouton-like terminal in the junction was enveloped by a Schwann cell with a part of its surface left free to make synaptic contact with the mast cell of which the contacting surface had folds of different height to take part in the formation of the junction. The terminal bouton contained vesicles, mitochondria, and occasionally neurofilaments. The axons connecting the terminal bouton probably belong to C-fibers.
