白血病相关抑制物对正常人CFU—TL的作用

通过收集16例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)病人的血清及其外周血白血病细胞条件培养液(LCM),对血清和LCM中的白血病相关抑制物(LAI)与正常人T淋巴细胞集落(CFU—TL)的形成影响进行研究。发现16例病人的LAI对正常人CFU—TL均有抑制作用,而缓解期病人该抑制作用甚弱。追踪观察11例病人:其中抑制率高于30％的6例患者治疗效果差;抑制率低于25％的5例患者治疗效果较好。结果提示ANLL病人的细胞免疫功能缺陷与LAI的存在有关。追踪了解病人血清或LCM对CFU—TL抑制活性的变化,对了解病人的细胞免疫功能状态、协助确定治疗措施及估计预后都有一定的参考价值。

THE EFFECT OF LEUKEMU-ASSOCIATED INHIBITOR ON NORMAL CFU-TL

The effect of Leukemia-associated inhibitor (LAI) in leukemia cells conditioned media (LCM) and sera from patients with ANLL on normal CFU-TL (Colony forming- unit-T lymphocyte) were studied. The results showed that LAI from 16 patients with ANLL before treatment inhibit colony formation of normal T lymphocyte and the inhibitory activity of LAI is lower when patients were in complete remission. After being treated by chemotherapentic agents 6 out of 11 patients died, their LCM inhibitory rates were all higher than 30%. In 5 out of 11 cases in partial or complete remission, the inhibitory rates were lower than 25%. Our study indicated that the cellular immunodeficiency of patients with ANLL may be due to LAI, so it is useful to evaluate the cellular immunological state of patients with ANLL, and it also helps to determine the treatment, and predict the prognosis by continual test of the inhibitory rate of LCM or sera from patients on normal CFU-TL.
