白血病患儿家长心理卫生状况调查

目的研究白血病患儿家长的心理状态。方法应用ＳＣＬ－９０量表检测白血病患儿家长的心理状态。结果白血病患儿家长存在着多种心理障碍，强迫、抑郁、焦虑三项因子得分显著高于正常人群常模。短病程组（病程〈６个月）家长焦虑、抑郁因子得分较长病程组（病程＞６个月）家长为高（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论白血病患儿患病期间，特别是在患儿确诊初期，应注意其家长心理状态。提高家长的心理承受能力有助于稳定患儿情绪、提高医疗效果。

A Survey of Psychological Status of the Parents of Leukemia Children

Study on psychological status of the parents with their children leukemia.Methods The parents'psychological well-being assessed with SCL-90.Results The study indicated 36 parents of their children with leukemia had many psychological disorders.The scores of three factors (obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety)were significantly higher in these parents than that in normals.The scores of anxiety and depression in the parents of their children's diseases in the shorter stage(<6months)were higher than those in the longer stage(>6 months)(P<0.01).Conclusions Improvement of these parents psychological well-being was helpful to stabilization of emotions and medical efficiency in the children with leukemia,especially in the primary stage of the disease.
