中坝鹅掌叶附子中的生物碱研究Ⅰ

摘    要:  从中坝(今名江油)3种栽培附于(AconitumcarmichaeliDebx.)之一的鹅掌叶附子中,分得10种生物碱化合物,经几种光谱分析鉴定,证明其中2种为已知生物碱次乌头碱(hypaconitine)和新乌头碱(mesaconitine),还获得一种为新化合物,N-CHOC_(19)-二枯生物碱,命名为aldohypaconitine,后者再由hypaconitine经氧化合成确证。更多还原

Abstract:A new C19-diterpenoid alkaloid,named aldohypaconitine(1) , was isolated from thelateral roots of O-Zhangye aconite(cultivated Aconitum carmichaeli)from Zhongba. The structureof the new alkaloid has been established by the use of carbon- 13 and proton NMR spectroscopy.Subesquently,this structure was confirmed by chemical correlation with known compound hypa-conitine. This is the first time that aldohypaconitine(1),an aconitine type N-CHO-diterpenoid al-kaloid,has been found in this plant. Along with this new alkaloid the known alkaloids,hypaconi-tine and mesaconitine were also isolated and characterized.
