| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化及ＤＮＡ斑点杂交技术检测人咽喉部鳞状细胞癌组织中ＨＰＶ壳蛋白抗原及ＨＰＶ６、１１、１６、１８型ＤＮＡ序列。４５例鳞状细胞癌组织ＨＰＶ抗原阳性率为２２．２％，ＨＰＶＤＮＡ阳性率为３１．１％，５例正常粘膜ＨＰＶ抗原及ＨＰＶＤＮＡ均阳性。结果提示咽喉部鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展与ＨＰＶ感染有关系。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical staining and DNA dot blot hybridization were used to detect HPV structural antigens and HPV 6,11,16,18 DNA sequences in squamous cell carcinomas of the pharynx and larynx.HPV was negative in all normal mucosa (5 cascs).The positive rates of HPV structural antigens and HPV DNA sequences in 45 cases of squarnous cell carcinomas were 22.2%and 31.1% respectively. The results indicate that the squamous cell carcinomas of the pharynx and larynx may be related to HPV infection. |
