摘    要:目的了解念珠菌感染的分布及其耐药性的变化趋势。方法以沙保弱培养基和科玛嘉显色培养基分离真菌.鉴定用API酵母菌鉴定卡进行,用ATB Fungus自动分析系统或天地人自动分析系统测定真菌对5-氟胞嘧啶等8种药物的药敏结果。结果检出402株念珠菌中以白色念珠菌的检出数居首位。402株念珠菌的药敏结果,以两性霉素B、制霉菌素的抗菌作用最强,氟康唑的作用最差,即对其耐药率最高。结论由于广谱抗生素、免疫抑制荆和抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用,增加了念珠菌的感染机会,应加强念珠菌的检测和耐药性监测工作,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the results of fungi identification and drug sensitive teat of 402 fungi isolated from clinical infected patients and understand the resistance of fungi to anfifungi drugs. Methods Fungi were isolated by Sabourand' s agax medium or CHRM agar medium, Fungi were identified by API, The resistance to antifungal agents, such as 5 - fluorocysfine, Amphotricin B, Nystatin, Fluconazole, MIeonazol, Econazol, Ketoconazol, was detected by ATB Fungus automatic analysis system. Results The main strain isolated from 402 strains of yeasflike fungi was Candida, the isolation rate of C. albicans was the hightest. The susceptibility of 402 strains of yeast to Amphotriein B, Nystafin was the highest, and to Fluconazole was the lowest. Conclusion Fungus infections are increasing due to wide use of broad spectrum antibiotics, immunity inhibitor and antitumour drugs. The work of determination of fungi and the antifungal sensitivity test be carried out to guide clinical selection and reasonable use of antibiotics.
