强的松联合诺松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床分析

目的：探讨强的松联合诺松药物对亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将51例亚急性甲状腺炎患者随机分为强的松联合诺松组（27例）及强的松组（24例）,观察两组的疗效及不良反应。结果：强的松联合诺松组在临床症状（甲状腺部位肿胀、疼痛及压痛等症状）缓解时间方面、不良反应、复发率方面均优于单用强的松组（P〈0.05）。结论：强的松联合诺松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效好,不良反应少,复发率低。

Clinical analysis of Prednisone combined with Oxaprozin in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Prednisone combined with Oxaprozin in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods：51 patients of subacute thyroiditis were randomly divided into two groups,combination therapy group（27 patients） and Prednisone group（24 patients）,then observed and compared the efficacy and adverse effects of two groups.Results：Compared with the prednisone group,the combination therapy group had better efficacy with shorter relief time of clinical symptoms（such as thyroid swelling,pain and tenderness）,less adverse reactions and lower recurrence rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：Prednisone combined with Oxaprozin in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis has better efficacy,less side effects and low recurrence.
