恶性肿瘤患者血清P53抗体检测及临床意义

目的探讨血清P53抗体检测在几种常见恶性肿瘤中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对61例恶性肿瘤患者术前血清中P53抗体浓度进行定量检测，以26例良性肿瘤和炎症患者及44例正常体检者为对照。同时对20例恶性肿瘤患者行根治术后4周的P53抗体追踪检测。结果61例恶性肿瘤中有10例P53抗体阳性，阳性率为16．4％，而良性肿瘤、炎症患者中无一例阳性，正常体检者中只有1例阳性，阳性率为2．3％，恶性肿瘤阳性率显著高于良性疾病及正常对照组（P〈O．01）。通过对20例患者术后追踪观察，发现术后4周P53抗体阳性率明显降低，分别为35％和5％（P〈O．05）。结论血清P53抗体测定有助于恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断，并在监测治疗效果及预后判断方面有一定价值。

Clinical significance of detecting serum P53 antibodies in patients with malignant tumors

Objective To explore the clinical significance of detecting serum P53 antibody in patients with malignant tumors.Methods Serum levels of P53 antibody were quantitatively measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 61 patients with carcinoma (as cancer group), 26 patients with benign tumor or inflammation and 44 normal adults (as control group). 20 cases of patients with carcinoma were studied preoperatively and postoperatively.Results In 61 cases of patients with carcinoma, 10 cases were P53 antibody positive (16.4%), while only one in control group was P53 antibody positive (2.3%). The positive rate of serum P53 antibody in cancer group was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). The positive rate of P53 antibody decreased 4 weeks after operation (35% vs 5%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum P53 antibody detection may be helpful to the diagnosis of malignant tumor as well as the prognosis evaluation.
