| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经腹与经阴道超声联合应用对妇产科疾病诊断价值并进行比较。方法:回顾总结分析门诊和住院患者111例,均先有临床医生仅提经腹或经阴道超声其一种检查方法,但由于在检查中诊断有困难情况下,加用其另外一种检查方法,以达到对同一患者同时经腹和经阴道超声联合应用的效果。结果:共检111例患者,阳性患者50例,经腹超声漏诊36例,经阴超声漏诊14例。结论:腹经阴超声联合应用与经腹或经阴超声一种方式应用结果差异有统计学意义。联合应用提高妇产科疾病的诊断率,有明显的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of transabdominal sonography compared with transvaginal sonography in the obstetrics and gynecologic disease.Method Retrospective study was performed on obstetrics and gynecologic disease.Results Transabdominal ultrasond were missed-diagnosis in 36 cases and transviginal ultrasound were missed-diagnosis in 14 cases among the 111 cases.Conclusion It has great value that the combination of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound used in the obstetrics and gynecologic disease. |
