痰热清注射液联合阿莫西林治疗小儿肺炎的临床观察

目的:探讨痰热清注射液联合阿莫西林治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取进行治疗的68例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(阿莫西林组)34例和观察组(痰热清联合阿莫西林组)34例,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率,症状、体征消失时间,不良反应发生率及家长满意率进行统计及比较。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,症状、体征消失时间短于对照组,家长满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合阿莫西林治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果好,较受家长欢迎。

The clinical observation on the Tan Re Qing injection combined with amoxicillin in infantile pneumonia

Objective To study the clinical effects of Tan Re Qing injection combined with amoxicillin in infantile pneumonia.Methods 68 patients with infantile pneumonia were selected as research object,and all the patients were randomly divided into control group（amoxicillin group） 34 cases and observation group（an Re Qing injection combined with amoxicillin group） 34 cases,then the total effective rate,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,incidence of adverse reactions and parents satisfaction of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower,disappearance time of symptoms and signs was shorter,parents satisfaction was higher than that of control group,there were all significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effects of Tan Re Qing injection combined with amoxicillin in infantile pneumonia are better,and it is welcomed to parents.
