临床护患双方对优质护理工作的应用调查

目的:为统一掌握临床医护人员与患者双方对优质护理工作的应用与认可情况并进行对比。方法:选取住院患者及护理人员各240名为研究对象进行全面调查。护理管理者设计患者满意度调查问卷,分别从护理技术、医疗条件、健康宣讲及人文环境四个方面进行调研,对其重要程度及实施情况进行评估。结果:在护理技术、医疗条件以及健康宣讲方面,患者与医护人员间存在显著差异,医护人员均认为这三方面的重要程度更高;在实施情况方面也是医护人员认为实施效果更好。结论:总结了优质护理服务的关键点,并认识到护患双方对临床各方面工作的认识差别。对于优质护理相关调研工作制订了相应调查问卷表并取得了较为显著的效果,值得各医院同仁进行评价,以从更大范围上推动优质护理工作的临床发展。

Clinical survey on quality nursing application of nurses and patient

Objective To master the application of quality nursing between nurses and patients.Method Total 240 patients and nurses separately from Sepmber 2008 to september 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Through the satisfactory survey form made by nursing management,four aspects such as nursing technique,medical situation,healthy propaganda and humanistic environment has been included.Results Through the evaluation of these four aspects′ importance and application,nursing technique,medical situation,and healthy propaganda has apparent difference between nurse and patients.The nurses think these three aspects have high importance and application effect than patients.Conclusion Difference existed between patients and nurses.The evaluation methods can be referred by other hospital.
