膀胱冲洗加护理干预对留置尿管拔管后快速排尿的影响

目的:探讨膀胱冲洗加护理干预对留置尿管拔管后快速排尿的影响。方法:将94例留置尿管患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组41例,留置尿管后第1天即行膀胱冲洗,定时开放夹管,训练膀胱功能,拔管当天不进行膀胱冲洗;观察组53例,在对照组基础上拔管当天进行膀胱冲洗,冲洗完半小时后拔管,同时给予患者心理和行为护理干预。结果:观察组拔管后1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h内排尿率和尿道口疼痛率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱冲洗加护理干预可提高留置尿管患者拔管后第1次排尿的成功率。

Impact of bladder irriqation and care intervention on rapid-urination after removal of indwelling catheter

Objective To explore the impact of bladder irriqation and care intervention on rapid-urination after removal of indwelling catheter.Method Total 94 patients with indwelling catheter were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group with 41 patients,applying bladder irrigation on the first day after indwelling catheter,reqular opening folder management,training bladder function,no washing on extubation day.The observation group with 53 patients,on the basis of the control group,applying bladder irrigation on the extubation day,extubating half an hour after washing,at the same time,giving psychological and behavioral intervention.Results The urination rate and urethral orifice pain rate in 1,2,4,6 hours after extubation in the observation group showed significant differences with the control group.Conclusion Bladder irrigation and care interventions can improve the success rate of first urination after extubation in patients with urethral catheter.
