| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经乳晕缘切口切除乳腺肿物的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年1月~2010年12月住院行乳晕缘切口切除乳腺良性肿物150例患者的临床资料。结果:150例中148例伤口Ⅰ期愈合,占98.7%,疤痕隐蔽,乳房外形满意,保持了乳房的圆润外观。结论:乳晕缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤,既能达到完整切除病变的目的,又不影响美观,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of benign breast tumor excision by areola margin incision.Method The clinical data of 150 cases with benign breast tumor underwent areola margin incision were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incision was healed of stage I accounted for 98.7%,all the patients resulted in good effects,concealed scars,and remaining smooth shapes.Conclusion The areola margin incision can achieve the goal of treatment and meet the requirements of aesthetics as well,it is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice. |
