| 摘 要： | 目的:使边缘密合,咬合及外形良好的烤瓷全冠修复体重新利用。方法:采用铸造桩核的方法达到重新制作的目的。结果:从1996年至今共计对449例507棵烤瓷全冠修复体的基牙冠折后用铸造桩核方法进行处理,成功率为100%。结论:随访15年,烤瓷全冠修复后基牙冠折的铸造桩核处理与重新制作的烤瓷核桩冠修复效果完全一致,而且临床操作简便、省时、省材料、节省医疗费、患者易于适应等优点,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the casting post core treatment on abutment crown rupture after PFM restoration.Method The casting post core was made to use PFM again.Results For 507 of PFM from 449 cases on the abutment crown rupture after PFM were treated by the casting post core treatment since 1996,and the successful rate was 100%.Conclusion After 15 years＇ follow-up,the actual medical therapy shows that this kind of treatment can save both the fee for medical treatment and time.And also this kind of treatment will not cause any different from the previous treatment.And this sort of treatment can avoid the process of the adaption of new denture. |
