经皮微创稳定系统治疗胫骨骨折的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察微创稳定系统(LISS)治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法:采用LISS内固定治疗胫骨骨折21例。结果:所有病例均进行随访,时间5~26个月(平均11.6个月),伤口全部一期愈合,未出现深部感染,无骨折延迟愈合及骨不连、断钉、钢板断裂等并发症发生,骨折临床愈合时间平均13.5周。结论:经皮微创稳定系统LISS钢板手术时间短、创伤小、操作简便、固定可靠、并发症少、骨折愈合率高。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of less invasive stabilization system(LISS) in the treatment of tibial fractures.Method LISS internal fixation was used to treat 21 cases with tibial fractures.Results All the patients were followed up for 5~26 months(average of 11.6 months),all the wounds got primary healing,without deep infection,delayed union and nonunion,screw breakage,plate break and other complications.The average fracture healing time was 13.5 weeks.Conclusion Less invasive stabilization system has the advantages of less plate operation time,little invasion,simple operation,reliable fixation,less complications and high rate of fracture healing.
