| 摘 要： | 目的:观察孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗变异性鼻炎所致慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法:84例患者随机分为试验组(42例)和对照组(42例),试验组给予孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定口服,对照组给予扑尔敏联合异丙嗪治疗,于治疗2 w后评价疗效。结果:试验组有效率达90.4%,对照组有效率达69.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗变异性鼻炎所致慢性咳嗽临床疗效显著,明显改善咳嗽症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast plus loratadine treatment on patients with chronic cough due to rhinitis.Method Eight-four patients with chronic cough were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with orally montelukast plus loratadine,the control group was treated with chlorphenamine plus prozamine,and the effects were accessed 2 weeks after treatment.Results The effective rate was 90.4% in the experimental group and 69.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of montelukast plus loratadine treating chronic cough due to rhinitis is marked,can obviously improve cough symptoms. |
