| 摘 要： | 目的:分析老年人脑梗死合并肺部感染的危险因素,探讨相应的防治对策。方法:对202例老年人脑梗死患者的临床资料进行统计,分析合并肺部感染的危险因素。结果:202例患者中,合并肺部感染104例,感染率为51.5%。结论:老年人脑梗死患者合并肺部感染的发病率高,高龄、卧床、意识障碍、后循环梗死、多次发病及合并糖尿病、心脏病,是老年人脑梗死合并肺部感染的主要危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the risk factors in elderly patients with cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection and corresponding countermeasures.Method The clinical data of 202 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were statistical analyzed to explore the risk factors for pulmonary infection.Results Among 202 patients,pulmonary infection occured in 104 cases,the infection rate was 51.5%.Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction have high incidence of pulmonary infection.Age,lying in bed,disturbance of consciousness,posterior circulation infarction,multiple morbidity and diabetes,heart disease are the major risk factors for pulmonary infection. |
