小檗碱对大鼠心输出量及哇巴因作用的影响(英文)

摘    要:在麻醉大鼠,小檗碱(Ber)20mg/kgiv可明显提高心指数和心搏出量指数。在离体豚鼠左心房,Ber 0.1μmol/L使哇巴因正性肌力作用量效曲线左移,最大反应增大。Ber 10,30μmol/L可增大哇巴因的最大正性肌力作用;使达峰作用所需哇巴因的浓度减少。Ber 30,100μmol/L使哇巴因引起中毒的浓度增大。缺氧对Ber的正性肌力作用影响不大。上述结果提示Ber可增加心输出量,增大哇巴因治疗的安全宽度。

Abstract:In anesthetized rats, berberine (Ber) 20 mg / kg, iv increased the cardiac index and stroke volume index. In the isolated guinea pig left atria, Ber 0.1 μmol/L shifted the dose-response curve of ouabain (Oua) to the left with the increase of the maximal effect. Ber 10 and 30 μmol / L potentiated the maximal contractile force of Oua and diminished the dose with which Oua caused the peak effect. Ber 30 and 100 μmol/L elevated the dose in which the toxicity of Oua occurred. The influence of hypoxia on the positive inotropic effect of Ber was not obvious. Above results suggested that Ber might increase the cardiac output and widen the margin of safty with ouabain-treatment.
