| 摘 要： | 目的：研究食管癌组织中VEGF-CmRNA和蛋白的表达及其与食管癌临床病理特征关系，探讨VEGF-C在食管癌淋巴转移中的作用。方法：采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）、免疫组织化学染色等方法，通过光镜和图像分析法检测VEGF-C在食管癌中的表达，分析其与食管癌临床病理参数关系。结果：食管癌VEGF-CmRNA的表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织（P〈0．05），在食管癌组织中存在VEGF-C蛋白的表达，VEGF-C的表达与患者的年龄、性别、临床病理学分级无关（P〉0．05），而与淋巴结转移密切相关。结论：食管癌组织VEGF-C的表达与淋巴道的转移有关，VEGF-C检测可作为预测食管癌淋巴道转的指标之一。

| Abstract: | To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor - C （ VEGF - C） in human esophagus cancer and its correlation with lymph node metastasis. Methods： VEGF - CmRNA and protein expression in human esophagus cancer were measured with RT - PCR and immunohistochemical staining assay, followed by light microscopy and image analysis. Results：VEGF-C expression was significantly higher in tumor tissue than in circumference tissue, the level of VEGF - C correlated well with pathological grades and stages of lymph node metastasis＇, but not with age ; sex and clinical grades. Conclusion： These findings suggest that VEGF - C may promote lymphatic metastasis of esophagus cancer, and it is possible to be used a predictor for the lymphatic metastasis and prognosis of esophagus cancer. |
