CA19-9在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的:本实验旨在研究肿瘤相关抗原CA19-9在大肠癌组织中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对31例大肠癌及29例正常肠粘膜组织中的CA19-9的表达情况进行检测。结果:31例大肠癌CA19-9阳性表达22例(70.9%,22/31)。其中胞浆和胞膜均阳性的14例(63.6%,14/22),仅胞膜阳性的6例(30.3%,6/22)。正常肠粘膜组织中CA19-9表达为阴性。统计学分析显示CA19-9阳性表达与大肠癌组织分型相关(P0.05)。结论:大肠组织中CA19-9的表达可能成为大肠癌的肿瘤标志之一,突出显现于低分化腺癌和粘液癌中的高表达。

The Expressions of Associated Antigen CA19-9 in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective:To study the expression of the tumor associated antigen CA19-9 in colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of CA19-9 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 31 colorectal carcinoma and normal tissues.Results:There were 22 positive samples in 31 colorectal carcinoma(70.9%,22/31).Among them,14 samples were both positive in cytoplasm and plasmalemma(63.6%,14/22).The expressions of CA19-9 were negative in normal tissues.Statistical analyses pointed out that positive expression of CA19-9 were related to the types of gastric cancers(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of CA19-9 in colorectal carcinoma seem be one of the markers,it had especial significance in low differentiation tumor and mucinous carcinoma.
