临床药师对烧伤患者的药学服务实践

烧伤治疗是集抗感染、营养等为一体的综合性治疗,应根据烧伤患者感染菌、药敏试验结果等内容选择适宜的抗菌药物、合理的用法及用量。临床药师通过对烧伤患者提供的药学服务,总结了从药效学、药动学角度规范抗生素的使用,同时应关注围手术期预防用药和烧伤外用抗菌药物的使用及真菌感染情况,肠内、肠外营养相关药物的选择及用药过程中的不良反应、注意事项等,并重视烧伤患者营养支持过程中高血糖发生原因、胰岛素与维生素C配伍禁忌、局部使用磺胺嘧啶银致白细胞下降等,为临床用药提供参考。

Pharmaceutical service practice of clinical pharmacist in burning traumatology department

Burn therapy is a comprehensive treatment, which usually consists of preventing infection, and nutrition support, etc. The selection of appropriate antibiotics, rational usage and dosage should be based on infectious bacteria and the result of drug susceptibility test. Clinical pharmacist participated in pharmaceutical service in burning traumatology department. The use of antibacterial was standardized according to the pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic principles. The use of perioperative prophylactic antibacterial and topical antibiotics for burn, the fungal infection, the selection of enteral and parenteral nutrition drugs and the side effects, precautions of medication should be paid more attention to. The causes of high blood sugar during the nutritional support in burn patients, incompatibility between insulin and vitamin C, and leucopenia induced by silver sulfadiazine were summarized.
