| 摘 要： | 目的 研究闽产白花鬼针草对人结肠癌RKO细胞增殖的影响.方法 以75%乙醇回流提取白花鬼针草,浓缩后以石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得到4个不同的极性部位.以RKO细胞为对象,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法对不同极性部位以及总提取物进行RKO细胞毒性活性筛选,得到最佳活性部位,以1.5%琼脂糖凝胶电泳和凝胶成像系统观察200...
