| 摘 要： | 对宫颈炎性糜烂、宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌组织中脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）的含量进行测定，结果如下：宫颈癌前病变及癌组织中ＬＰＯ含量均明显高于宫颈正常及炎性糜烂组织的含量，而ＳＯＤ则相反。提示宫颈癌的发生可能与宫颈组织中ＬＰＯ与ＳＯＤ失衡有关。检测ＬＰＯ及ＳＯＤ对宫颈炎性糜烂的跟踪随访及宫颈癌的筛选有一定价值。

| Abstract: | We have examined the conten of lipid peroxide(LPO)and superoxide dismutese(SOD)in the tissues of cervical carcinoma and pre-cancer abnormality.The results indicated thatLPO conten in the tissues of cervical carcinoma and pre-cancer abnormality was significantlyhigher than that in the tissues of normal cervix and cervicitis.In opposite,SOD content in thetissues of cervical carcinoma and pre-cancer abnormality was significantly lower than that inthe tissues of normal cervix and cervicitis.This result showed that the occurrence of cervicalcarcinoma may be related to the imbalance of LPO and SOD in cervical tissues.The determination of LPO and SOD has certain value to the follow-up of chronic cervicitis and selectionof cervical carcinoma. |
