| 摘 要： | 观察了20例肿瘤患者应用脐血LAK/IL-2疗法前后其免疫指标的改善,包括血清可溶性白介素-2受体、NK细胞活性、肿瘤坏死因子。治疗结果显示:白介素-2受体减少、TNF水平降低、NK活性升高,提示脐血LAK/IL-2治疗可改善肿瘤患者机体免疫功能。

| Abstract: | 20 patients with cancers were treated with cord blood LAK cell and IL -2 and the immunity of the recipients was studied. The soluble IL - 2 receptor (sIL - 2R). tumor necrosis factor (TNFX activity of natural killer (NK) cell in their peripheral blood were assayed before and after the treatment. The results showed that activity of NK cell increased significantly after the treatment, compared with those before the treatment. Therfore, it is suggested that the cord blood LAK/TL -2 therapy can improve the immunity of cancer patients. |
