鼻内窥镜下儿童增殖体刨削术临床分析

目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下刨削术在儿童增殖体切除中的运用。方法：对比传统手术与鼻内窥镜下刨削术的临床资料并分析。结果：传统手术14例中有4例鼻后孔残留鼾声无改善再次手术，有3例圆枕损伤，近圆枕处残留6例；5例分泌性中耳炎中2例术后声阻图B型变A型（占40％）。内镜下刨削术17例，鼾声全部消失；7例分泌性中耳炎声阻图由B型变A型5例（71．4％）；无增值体残留等并发症。结论：鼻内窥镜下增殖体刨削术在电视监视下操作手术安全、快速、出血少、易掌握、无并发症，可作为儿童增殖体切除的常规手术。

Clinical analysis to child adenoidectomy with nasal endoscope
