儿童前尿道瓣膜致下尿路梗阻(附5例报告)

目的:提高前尿道瓣膜的诊断和治疗水平,了解前尿道瓣膜是引起男童下尿路梗阻的少见原因.方法:收集5例前尿道瓣膜患儿的临床资料,全组病例均行排尿性尿路造影,静脉尿路造影、B超检查和膀胱尿道镜检.结果:检查提示5例前尿道瓣膜,2例并发前尿道憩室.所有病例均行经尿道瓣膜切除术.术后症状改善.结论:排尿性膀胱尿道造影是诊断下尿路梗阻的主要方法,膀胱尿道镜检,可证实前尿道瓣膜;经尿道瓣膜切除术为治疗首选.

Anterior urethral valve

Objective:To improve diagnostic and therapeutic levels of anterior urethral valve; To understand anterior urethral valve is a rare anomaly to cause lower urinary tract obstruction.Methods:Clinical data of 5 cases of anterior urethral valve were collected. Voiding cystourethrography, Intravenous urography,B-ultrasound and cystourethroscopy were performed in all cases.Results:The examination suggested 5 cases existed anterior urethral valve,2 were associated with anterior urethral diverticulum. Transuretbral resection of valves were undertaken in all 5 cases. The obstructive symptoms improved after endoscopic surgery.Conclusions:Voiding cystourethrography is the mainstay for radiologic examination of lower urethral obstruction, cystourethroscopy can confirm the anterior urethral valve. Transurethral resection is the choice of treatments.
