| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组织化学方法检测51例脑胶质瘤患者术后存档的石蜡切片组织中上皮钙粘附素(E—cadherin)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。结果显示，74．51％(38／51)的脑胶质瘤患者E—cadherin表达减弱，25．49％(13／51)的患者E—cadherin表达正常；68．63％(35／51)的患者PCNA呈高表达，31．37％(16／51)的患者PCNA呈低表达。二者表达有相关性(P＜0．05)。认为E—cadherin表达正常对脑胶质瘤细胞增殖有抑制作用，E—cadherin的表达减弱后细胞增殖能力增加；E—cadherin对脑胶质瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用是不完全的。 |

| Abstract: | Expression of epithelial cadherin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was detected immunohistochemically in paraffin imbedded specimens of 51 cases with gliomas.74.51%(38/51)of cases showed reduced E-cadherin expression,25.49%(13/51)showed normal E-cadherin expression.68.63%(35/51)showed high PCNA expression,31.37%(16/51) showed low PCNA expression.Significant correlation was found between E-cadherin and PCNA expression (P<0.05).These suggest that normal E-cadherin expression may have inhabitive effect on cell proliferation of glioma,reduced E-cadherin expression can promote cell proliferation,but the effection is incomplete. |
