椎间盘镜腰椎间盘摘除术(附80例报告)

目的 讨论经椎板间隙内窥镜下腰椎间盘突出症并侧隐窝狭窄的手术治疗。方法2000—2001年共行经椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症并侧隐窝狭窄手术45例，其中椎间盘突出症外侧型34例，中央型7例，脱出于椎管内者4例，均合并侧隐窝狭窄，单侧狭窄35例，双侧狭窄者10例。结果 全组患者优良率达97．8％，无严重手术并发症，随访半年以上无复发者。结论 经椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症并侧隐窝狭窄手术创伤小，神经根减压彻底，术后康复快。

Micro-endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis

Objective:To discuss the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis by micro-endoscopic discectomy. Methods: Forty-five patients of lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis were treated by micro-endoscopic discectomy from 2000 to 2001, there were lateral disc herniation m 34 cases, center disc herniation in 7 cases, disc herniation out of vertebral canal in 4 cases, all combined with lateral recess stenosis, single lateral stenosis in 35 cases, double lateral stenosis in 10 cases. Results: There were no serious complication and no recurring in patients followed up half year, the rate of excellent and good was 97.8 %. Conclusions: The injury was minimal in treating lumbar disc herniation with lateral recess stenosis by micro-endoscopic discectomy, the nerve root was adequate decompressed, the patients rapid recovered.
