| 摘 要： | 23例皮肌炎,均有不同程度的皮炎、肌炎症状,多数实验室检查结果符合临床诊断。治疗上,强调皮质类固醇和抗菌素联合应用以及支持治疗的重要性。

| Abstract: | Twenty-three patients suffer to different degree from dermatitis, myositis, arthritis and Raynaud's phenomenon. Much of the experimental study supported the clinic diagnoses. As for the treatment, we emphasized the combination of corticosteroid with antibitic, and supportive therapy. Most of the patients were cured or resolved, and only a few died of cancer or other severe complications. |
