| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨头颈部横纹肌肉瘤的临床表现、诊断、病理类型、治疗及预后。方法 回顾性分析12例横纹肌肉瘤的资料。结果 12例中9例行手术切除加化疗、放疗，1例单纯手术，2例化疗 放疗，5年生存率为50％。结论 采用手术与放疗和化疗综合治疗方案能明显提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical features, diagnosis treatment pathologic typies and prognosis of head and neck rhadomyosarcoma.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the related literature of 12 cases of head and neck rhadomyosarcoma.Results In the 12 cases, there are 9 cases had been made operation as well the chemotherapy and radio-therapy. 1 had been made an operation only. And the other two was treated by radio-therapy and chemotherapy. The 5-year survival rate was50%. Conclusion It can apparently increase the surrival rate through the combined therapy which involves operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
