| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光和气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的160例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果输尿管镜钬激光碎石总有效率95%明显高于输尿管镜气压弹道碎石的83%,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石临床治疗效果良好,尤其在处理输尿管狭窄或炎性息肉时较气压弹道碎石效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach curative effect of pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser by ureteroscope for ureteral stones. Methods To retrospective analyze clinical data of 160 cases ureteral calculus patients in our hospital.Results The effective power 95% by hardness ureteroscope holmium laser lithoclasty was higher than effective power 83% by airpressure path lithoclasty holmium laser lithoclasty,P〈0.05,the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical treatment result by hardness ureteroscope holmium laser lithoclasty was good,especially when dealing with ureterostenoma or inflammatory polyp,the galet effect was better than airpressure path,which was to be used. |
