嗜铬细胞瘤手术围麻醉期的管理

目的总结嗜铬细胞瘤手术的麻醉处理经验。方法采用气管插管全身麻醉,监测围术期血压、心率等血液动力学指标。结果在嗜铬细胞瘤探查及切除过程中,血液动力学波动较大,经处理后循环稳定;所有患者手术顺利,术中无病人死亡。结论该类手术麻醉成功的关键在于做好充分的麻醉前准备,术中维持血流动力学稳定,术后予以完善的镇痛和密切监测。

Anesthetic management of patients for pheochromocytoma resection

Objective To summarize the experiences of anesthetic management of pheochromocytoma during perioperative period. Methods All patients were applied in general anesthesia by tracheal intubation. Blood pressure, heart rate and other hemodynamic parameters were monitored during operation. Results In the course of exploration and resection of pheochromocytoma, hemodynamic parameters fluctuated violently, which were stable after treated. No patient died intraoperation. Conclusion It is the successful key factor that sufficient preanesthetic preparation, intraoperative maintenance of hemodynamic stability, postoperative satisfactory analgesia and rigorous monitoring in the anaesthesia for pheochromocytoma.
