腹直肌前鞘悬吊术纠治盆腔器官脱垂疗效分析

目的探讨腹直肌前鞘悬吊术纠治盆腔器官脱垂的可行性和临床效果。方法对6例盆腔器官脱垂患者施行腹直肌前鞘悬吊术,观察手术情况及临床效果。结果6例腹直肌前鞘悬吊术均获成功,无并发症,术后生殖道脱垂症状完全缓解,妇科检查阴道长度维持原长度;有3例患者术后3月内感下腹部有牵拉感,3月后症状消失,6例患者均无复发,现仍在随访中。结论腹直肌前鞘悬吊术不失为纠治盆腔器官脱垂的一种好的手术方式,其远期效果仍需随访。

Analysis in rectus abdominis anterior sheath suspention treating pelvic organ prolapse

Objective To study rectus abdominis anterior sheath suspention's feasibility and clinic effect in patients with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods 6 patients with pelvic organ prolapse were operated the shealth of rectus abdominis suspention, observing the operation and their general information. Results The operations were successful, no any complication, all patients' symptom were catabatic;vagina kept the same length.Within 3 month after operation, 3 patients feel tension in hypogastrium, and symptom disappeared after 3 month;all paitents didn't recrudesce. Conclusion Sheath of rectus abdominis suspention is a good operation method to treat the pelvic organ prolapse.
