恩再适联合抗病毒药治疗带状疱疹的临床研究

目的研究恩再适联合抗病毒药治疗带状疱疹及后遗神经痛的有效性及安全性。方法将40例带状疱疹患者随机分为常规治疗组20例和恩再适组20例,2组患者均使用阿昔洛韦、VitB1、VitB12等基础治疗,恩再适组加用恩再适10.8单位/天静脉滴注,2组疗程均为7天。观察2组患者带状疱疹病情进展情况,疼痛改善情况和后遗神经痛的发生率。结果恩再适组疼痛症状减轻时间较常规治疗组明显缩短,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论治疗带状疱疹时合用恩再适可减轻疼痛,缩短疼痛时间,并降低后遗神经痛的发病率,但对带状疱疹水疱的持续时间和结痂时间没有影响。

Therapeautic effect of analgecine in combination with other drugs on herpes zoster

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of analgecine on herpes zoster. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups:normal group and analgecine group. Valacicovir and other topical medicine were used in both groups, and analgecine was used in analgecine group additionally. The two groups were both treated for 7 days. Results During the treatment period,the degree of pain relieved in the analgecine group was more markedly than that in the normal group. Conclusions The results suggest that analgecine reduce the acute herpes zoster associated neuralgia markedly and prevent PHN to some degree.
